Part I: Apply to EKU

Complete the EKU Department of Baccalaureate & Graduate Nursing Departmental Application.
Please note: Acceptance to the RN to BSN program is a two-step process. You must be accepted to EKU and then accepted to the program.
Part III: Send required documents
- Visit your state board of nursing website for verification of your current nursing license and send it to:

- Request transcripts from any and all colleges or universities that you have attended. You can do this by contacting the schools directly or using the National Student Clearinghouse website. Transcripts sent to a student and then delivered to EKU will not be accepted. Each transcript must bear the original signature of the authorized official, along with the seal of the institution, and must be sent to EKU directly from the issuing institution. Transcripts are not required for courses taken at EKU.
